2. When the matter is pending, a report is called for from the learned Magistrate No.II, Dindigul. Since the issuance of non-bailable warrant itself is regular on account of the orders passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.13961 of 2016 dated 26.11.2019 dispensing with the presence of the petitioner before the Criminal Court, no Look Out Circular can be issued against respondent No3.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that when Crl.R.C.(MD).No.591 of 2023 came up for hearing before other Bench, yesterday, the third respondent has given an undertaking that she would come to India in the month of August. Since the third respondent has given an undertaking to come to India, no orders are required to be passed in this Criminal Original Petition.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
