This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry based on the complaint given by the third respondent. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that based on the complaint given by the third respondent, the respondent police called the petitioner for enquiry and thereafter, the respondent police registered an FIR in Crime No.7 of 2024 and after filing the charge sheet, now the case is pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirunelveli, in C.C.No.1423 of 2024. He would further submit that the second respondent has not caused any harassment to the petitioner.

3.Since the prayer of the petitioner is not to harass him and the second respondent has registered an FIR against the petitioner in Crime No.7 of 2024 and after investigation, charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirunelveli and the same is pending 2/4

in C.C.No.1423 of 2024, recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
