Respondents This Writ Petition has been filed praying for a writ of Mandamus directing the respondent no.2 to demark the land of the petitioner in survey No. 602/10 situated at Kunnur village , Theni District and to issue a report with boundaries by considering the petitioner's application dated 05.08.2014.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is preferred by the petitioner for the measurement of the lands possessed by him.

2. Mr.S.Chandrasekar, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents.

3. By consent, this Writ Petition itself is taken up final disposal.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would be suffice if the representation of the petitioner is disposed of on merits and in accordance with law.

6. In view of the above, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner in this Writ Petition, the second respondent is directed to survey and fix the boundary marks of the petitioner's

property, by considering the representation of the petitioner, dated 05.08.2014, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the adjoining owners, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
