ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is in judicial custody since 16.03.2016 for the offences punishable under Sections 324 I.P.C and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act @ Sections 302 and 379 I.P.C, in Crime No.546 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police. He seeks bail.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is in judicial custody for more than 2 1⁄2 years. 3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) for the respondent pointing out that this is a case of murder for gain and that only 8 more witnesses were examined.

4.This Court is of the view that the trial itself can be concluded within a period of two months. Hence, the learned trial Judge is directed to conclude the entire trial proceedings in S.C.No.175 of 2017 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With this direction, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
