ORDER

The petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of his appeal pending before the second respondent from 03.02.2025.

Considering the limited relief sought for by the writ petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to hear the pending appeal of the writ petitioner after affording an opportunity to the petitioner as well as the fourth respondent and pass final orders, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
