Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MAHENDRARAJAN B, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.R.M.ANBUNITHI, Additional Public Prosecutor, on behalf of the Respondent No.1, the court made the following order:- This court while granting bail to the petitioner the petitioners have made an undertaking that the first accused will pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- to the father of the deceased for maintaining the minor child. As per the undertaking he has complied with the condition for 26 months and thereafter due to covid-19 pandemic situation he was unable to comply with the conditions and has filed a petition for modification before this Court.
2. Today the victim girl along with her grand mother present before this Court. The learned counsel for the petitioner produced a Fixed Deposit receipt for a sum of Rs.8,00,000/- in favour of the victim girl for a period of ten years under the monthly income scheme @ 6.70 % interest. The said Fixed Deposit original receipt was handed over to the grand mother of the victim who was present before this Court today. The grand mother of the victim was added a nominee.

3. It is made clear that the grand mother of the victim is permitted to withdraw the accrued interest from the Union Bank of India for the welfare of the minor child. After maturity the victim girl is permitted to withdraw the entire maturited amount on surrender of Fixed Deposit receipt.
4. The grand mother of the victim also submitted that the petitioner is now disposing the property without giving any share to the minor child. Therefore the minor victim is at liberty to file appropriate petition before the civil Court for appropriate relief.
