PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No. 181 of 2022 on the file of the Respondent police.
ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.
2. The petitioner /accused, who was arrested and remanded to Judicial Custody on 14.05.2022 for the offences punishable under sections 457 and 380 of I.P.C., in Crime No.181 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police. He seeks bail.
3. The case of the prosecution is that on 06.05.2022, when the defacto complainant went to open the industry, he found that the lock was broke opened and 130 kgs. of iron materials worth about Rs.20,000/- were stolen. Hence the complaint. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

4. On the side of the petitioner, it is stated the petitioner is an auto driver and he is not connected with the offence and he is innocent. Hence, prays to release him on Bail.
5. The learned Government Counsel (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner is having one previous case.
6.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the period of incarceration, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed and the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail, on executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalam, and on further condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. sd/- 01/06/2022 / TRUE COPY / 01/06/2022 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
