PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to grant permission and protection to conduct the "Aadalum Paadalum" dance Programme on 02.06.2022 in pursuant to the Festival of Arulmighu Sri Pulikuthi Amman Thirukovil Festival, the above said programme is to be conducted at Sri Pulikuthi amman thirukkovil, Sengamari Village, Kongudi Post, Aranthangi Taluk, Pudukottai District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 20.05.2022 and 25.05.2022.
