The petitioners have filed the above Civil Revision Petition to set aside the order and decree, dated 05.12.2016 made in I.A.No.414 of 2016 in O.S.No.125 of 2016 on the file of the Sub Court, Vedasandur.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have filed the present Civil Revision Petition against the order passed in I.A.No.414 of 2016 for appointment of an Advocate Commissioner. He would further submit that the Commissioner has inspected the suit property and filed his report and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.Recording the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
