ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for Mandamus to direct the respondent herein to disburse the amount of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) to the petitioner as per proceedings of respondent herein vide in Roc.C3/7151/2024 dated 24.12.2024.

2. Pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 29.04.2025, Mr.J.S.Murali, Standing Counsel representing the second respondent sought for a pass over to get instructions from the second respondent as to when the payment will be made.

3. When the matter was called in the afternoon, he informs this Court that he has received instructions from the General Insurance Council that payment has been processed and will be reflected in the petitioner's bank account by tomorrow afternoon (01.05.2025). As a precaution, the e-mail adds a statement that it may get reflected on 02.05.2025 as tomorrow happens to be a national holiday.

4. Recording the statement that the payment will be made by 02.05.2025, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. As the payment has been

processed, the appearance of the Regional Manager is dispensed with. There shall be no order as to costs.
