This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the first respondent to withdraw the investigation in Crime No.34 of 2019 pending on the file of the second respondent police and entrust the same to any other investigation agency or to the fourth respondent for proper investigation.

2.Today, when the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1, 2 and 4, on instructions, would submit that in respect of the petition mentioned Crime No.34 of 2019, investigation has been completed and final report has also been filed on 19.01.2020 before the learned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1 / 2

Crl.OP.(MD) No.9618 of 2020 Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai, in E-Court/4498/2020 dated 18.09.2020. The said submission is recorded. 3.In view of the above, since the investigation has already been completed in the above referred crime number, the question of transferring the investigation does not arise. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
