ORDER
The Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family under the guise of enquiry, based on the complaint given by the third respondent.
2.Heard Mr.B.Santhanam Rajeshkumar, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.K.Ramakrishnan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who takes notice for respondents 1 & 2.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the third respondent has given complaint against one Mariappan and not against the petitioner herein. Therefore, there is no harassment of the petitioner at the hands of the respondents police, as alleged.
