ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Section 379 I.P.C, r/w Section 21 (1) Mines and Minerals Act, 1957 in Crime No.338 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent submitted that the petitioner is having 1 previous case similar in nature in Crime No.77 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that except this case, no case has been registered against this petitioner after 2019.

CRL OP(MD). No.9855 of 2022 4.Considering the bad antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
