ORDER

The petitioner seeks limited relief of expeditious disposal of his appeal pending before the first respondent.

2. I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.K.Malathi, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

3. Considering the limited relief sought for by the writ petitioner, it would suffice to dispose of the writ petition directing the first respondent to hear the pending appeal of the writ petitioner dated 14.3.2025 in accordance with law and on merits, after affording fair opportunity to the 2/4

petitioner as well as respondents 4 to 6 and pass final orders, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
