PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, by calling for the records pertaining to the order passed by the 1st respondent, dated 29.01.2024 in Ni.Mu.No. J2/34006/2022 and quash the same as illegal, and direct the 3rd respondent herein to mutate the patta in the name of legal heirs of Smt.Pushpavalli by cancelling the patta issued if any, within the time limit as fixed by this Court.
