Contemnors/Respondents PRAYER: Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, praying this Court to punish the contemnors/respondents for their wilful and deliberate disobedience of the order of this Court passed in W.P(MD) No.1235 of 2020 dated 06.02.2020. Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court directing the respondents more particularly the first respondent herein to consider petitioner presentation dt 02/12/2019 by considering the revocation of suspension order dated 30/03/2015 and permitting him to retire from service on 31/03/2015 on the basis of judgment dt 31/08/2016 passed by the learned Special Court for Vigilance and Anti Corruption, Madurai in Spl Case No.56/2011 and pay all the amounts due and payable to the petitioner.

This contempt petition is filed that order of this Court in W.P (MD) No.1235 of 2020 dated 06.02.2020 has not been complied with. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, states that the representation of the petitioner dated 02.12.2019 was considered and an order has been passed by the first respondent. 3.If the petitioner is aggrieved by the order of the first respondent, it is always open to the petitioner to challenge the order passed by the first respondent in the manner known to law. 4.With the above said liberty, the Contempt Petition is closed.
