Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the entire connected with the detention order passed in No.3/BM/2022 dated 05/05/2022 on file of R2 herein and quash the same and direct the respondents to produce detenu namely petitioner's husband ie., Murugadas, aged about 37 years, S/o.Johnson, now detained at the Central Prison, Palayamkottai, before this Court and set him at liberty forthwith.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, by producing a proceeding in G.O.Rt.No.202, Co-operation, Food and Consumer Protection (E2) Department, dated 30.05.2022 submitted that the detention order has already been revoked.

2.Recording the said submission, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
