ORDER

The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed by the wife to withdraw the case in FCOP No.11 of 2024 on the file of the 1/4

Principal Subordinate Court, Hosur and transfer the same to the file of the Family Court, Sivagangai.

2.The learned counsel for the respondent was absent on the last occasion and today (ie., on 12.07.2024) also, they are not present. 3.On a perusal of the affidavit filed in support of the application, the wife is pleading hardship as she is residing in Sivagangai along with her one child also.

4.In view thereof, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed as prayed for. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
