ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to refund the excess fee of Rs.52,000/- collected from the petitioner during registration of deed of Reconveyance dated 18.11.2022 registered as Document No.3885 of 2022 before the third respondent.

2. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 06.04.2024, and pass orders in accordance with law, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
