Prayer in Crl.A(MD)No.187 of 2023:- This Criminal Appeal is filed under Section 14-A(2) of SC/ST Act, to set aside the order dated 03.03.2023 made in Cr.M.P.No.525 of 2023 on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for Trial of SC/ST (POA) Act Cases, Virudhunagar District @ Srivilliputhur and enlarge the appellants on bail.

ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.B.Muneeswaran, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.R.Sivakumar, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the Respondents, this Court made the following order:- "This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioners in Crl.A(MD)No.187 of 2023 dated 23.03.2023. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are complying with the condition from https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL MP(MD). No.6663 of 2023 28.03.2023 till today, without fail.

3.The above submission is admitted by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police. 4.Since the petitioners are complying with the condition without fail and there are no adverse remarks as against the petitioners, the condition is fully relaxed.
