For Respondent : Mr.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR RELAXATION Under Sec.439(1)b of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- To relax the condition totally imposed on the petitioner in Crl O.P (MD) No., 8722 of 2022 dated 05.05.2022 and pass orders ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in CRL OP(MD) No.8722 of 2022, dated 05.05.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.8722 of 2022 on 05/05/2022 regularly, and he further submitted that the 1st petitioner has to appear for the paper valuation. Hence, they pray for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly and considering the submission of the petitioner's counsel that the first petitioner has https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD). No.6233 of 2022 to appear for the paper valuation, the petitioners are exempted to sign before the respondent police from the date of commencement of paper valuation till the end of the paper valuation and thereafter, the petitioners shall comply with the condition imposed by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.8722 of 2022 dated 05/05/2022.
