ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition to consider the petition of the petitioner dated 29.07.2010.

2. Mr.S.Bharathi, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the official respondents.

3. By consent, this Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would be suffice if the petition of the petitioner is disposed of, by the respondents, on merits and in accordance with law, within the time stipulated by this Court.

5. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents has no objection in considering the petition of the petitioner.

6. In view of the above, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner in this Writ Petition, first respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the petition of the petitioner, dated 29.07.2010, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

notice to the interested parties, if any, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to enclose a copy of the said representation along with a copy of this order for better follow up.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
