ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the first respondent to sanction loan amount of Rs.3,00,000/- from the employees contribution in the petitioner's E.P.F.account. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that despite an application made by the petitioner to sanction loan amount of Rs.3,00,000/- from employees contribution in the petitioner's E.P.F.account, the same has not been considered so far by the respondents. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court, seeking the abovesaid relief.

4.The learned Standing Counsel for the respondents submitted that no such application is pending before the authority concerned. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 5.In view of the above, the petitioner is at liberty to submit a fresh application to the respondents along with a copy of

this order within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and if any such application is received, the respondents are directed to consider the same and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks thereafter, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

6.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
