O R D E R

The relief sought for in the present Writ Petition is to direct the respondents to provide appointment to the writ petitioner on compassionate ground.

2. The writ petitioner is the married daughter of the deceased employee one Sundharraj who was working in the TANGEDCO and died on 14.05.2017 in a road accident, while he was in service.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the sisters of the petitioner have not filed any application seeking compassionate appointment. Therefore, the appointment is to be provided to the writ petitioner.

4. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents made a submission that as per the conditions stipulated, the petitioner has to furnish no objection from the other legal heirs of the deceased employee along with all other documents enabling the Authorities to consider the case of the writ petitioner on compassionate appointment.

5. In letter dated 21.06.2018, the respondent TANGEDCO informed the petitioner that she has to submit all the required documents along with no objection certificate. Thus, it is left open to the writ petitioner to submit all the relevant documents sought for by the respondents along with no objection certificate from all the legal heirs of the deceased employee for the purpose of considering her case to provide appointment on compassionate ground.

6. With these observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
