O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking the relief to transfer the investigation in Crime No.340 of 2020 from the file of the third respondent to any other competent officer not below the rank of third respondent.

2.Today, when the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that in the above mentioned crime No.340 of 2020, the Investigation Officer has examined nine witnesses and recorded their statement in detailed course. Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9362 of 2020 in which he altered the sections of law as Sections 147, 294(b), 506 (i) and 323 of I.P.C.
