ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 25.03.2021, wherein the petitioner is seeking for cancellation of the UDR entry made in S.F.No.826/2 and wants the present entry standing as ''fhyp ,lk; njU'' to be changed as ''Arulmigu Muthalamman Temple''.
2. The case of the petitioner is that he is the Secretary of the Arulmigu Muthalamman Temple and the said Temple is being managed by the persons belonging to a particular community. The grievance of the petitioner is that in the front side of the Temple, there is vacant site and this area was under the enjoyment of the Temple. During the UDR, the place that was a vacant site in front of the Temple, has been classified as ''fhyp ,lk; njU'' and the petitioner wants this entry to be cancelled and instead, to be entered as the place belonging to Arulmigu Muthalamman Temple. A representation was made by the petitioner in this regard and since the same was not considered, the present Writ Petition has been filed before this Court. 2/5

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents has produced the written instructions received from the third respondent. On going through the same, it is clear that an enquiry has been conducted by the third respondent in this regard and the claim made by the petitioner has also been considered.
4. In view of the above submission, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to respond to the representation made by the petitioner on 25.03.2021, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
