PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.81 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/accused No.2, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 05.05.2022 for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 324, 366 IPC in Crime No.81 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the marriage between the defacto complainant's daughter Lalitha with one Karthi was fixed on 08.05.2022, in the meantime on 04.05.2022 at about 12 noon the petitioner and the other accused unlawfully assembled themselves with deadly weapons, attacked the defacto complainant and her family members and abducted the defacto complainant's daughter. Hence, the case was registered.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He would also submit that the petitioner is in judicial custody from 05.05.2022, hence, he seeks bail. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.9910 of 2022 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that the victim girl was secured. He would further submit that the co-accused were already arrested and thereafter, released on bail.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the co-accused were already arrested and released on bail, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed and the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail, on executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Cum Judicial Magistrate, Vedasandur and on further condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. sd/- 02/06/2022 / TRUE COPY / 02/06/2022 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
