ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents no.1 to withdraw the case in Crime No.224 of 2022 from the file of 2nd respondent and transfer the same to the file of the 3rd respondent with direction to complete the investigation within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that already the matter has been investigated and final report has been filed as 'Further Action Dropped' and RCS notice also served on the petitioner.

3. In view of the same, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed with liberty to take action inaccordance with law, if the petitioner is aggrieved in respect of closure report.
