Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.ANAND R., Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the 1st Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed by the Theni District Neomax Investors Protection Association seeking to dispense with the production of certified copy of the impugned order passed by the Special Court under the Tamil Nadu Protection of Interest of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Act, 1997, Madurai in Crl.M.P.No.444 of 2023 vide order dated 10.11.2023.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner herein is the victim in this case and though the petitioner has applied for a certified copy of the impugned order, the same has not been entertained by the Court. Hence, this petition has been filed.
