Prayer:- For Bail in Crime No.42 of 2021 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Perusal of record shows that interim bail was granted to the petitioner on 02.06.2022 for effecting settlement. The matter was referred to the mediation centre. Now, no agreement reached between the parties.

2.However, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has settled 5 cents of property in favour of his two children and insofar as the wife is concerned, he would submit that M.C.No.2 of 2022 is pending before the Family Court, Madurai. The petitioner is ready to pay maintenance amount to the wife and that may be considered in the order to be passed by the concerned Court in the maintenance proceedings.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the age of the children, Rs.15,000/- is fixed as maintenance amount to the wife as well as the children. The amount must be paid by the petitioner on or before the 5th day of every English Calendar month and this amount will be considered, as noted above, by the concerned Court while deciding the maintenance https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.9836 of 2022 petition. Accordingly, the interim bail that has been granted to the petitioner by this Court vide order dated 02.06.2022 is made absolute.
