ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has circulated a letter dated 08.08.2025 to the Registry, along with the letter signed by the petitioner, seeking permission to withdraw this writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the letters circulated and the endorsement so made, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
