ORDER

The learned Counsel for the petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition to conclude the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.490/2015/A3 dated 17.02.2015 relating to a dispute regarding Arayar Service raised by the petitioner in Arulmigu Athinathar Azhwar Thirukoil, Azhwar Thirunagari, Tuticorin District.

2. By consent, this Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would suffice if the respondent concludes the proceedings dated 17.02.2015 within the time stipulated by this Court.

4. The learned Standing Counsel for the respondent, on instruction, would submit that, the request of the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law.

5. In view of the above, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner in this Writ Petition, the respondent is directed to conclude the proceedings, dated 17.02.2015, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

notice to the interested parties, if any, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
