This Writ Petition has been filed praying for a Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd Respondent to consider the Petitioners representation dated 25.01.2015 in respect of land in Survey No.1554/1A and to conduct the enquiry under section 10 of Patta Passbook Act and consequently make appropriate entries in the revenue records situated Mailadumparai Village Varusanadu Andipatti Taluk Theni District. ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the third Respondent to consider the Petitioners representation dated 25.01.2015 in respect of land in Survey No.1554/1A and to conduct the enquiry under Section 10 of Patta Passbook Act and consequently make appropriate entries in the revenue records situated Mailadumparai Village, Varusanadu, Andipatti Taluk Theni District.

2. Mr.M.Murugan, learned Govt.Advocate takes notice for the respondents.

3. By consent, this Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would be suffice if the representation of the petitioner is disposed of, on merits and in accordance with law.

5. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents has no objection in considering the representation of the petitioner.

6. In view of the above, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner in this Writ Petition, the third respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders, on the representation of the petitioner, dated 25.01.2015, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the petitioner as well as the other interested parties and also after verifying the relevant records as on date, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
