ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 406 & 420 of I.P.C., in Crime No.Not known of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, only enquiry is undertaken. Since no case is registered against the petitioners so far, they shall appear https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

before the respondent police and co-operate with them to complete the enquiry. Question of granting anticipatory bail at this stage may not arise. If any case is registered during the course of enquiry, the petitioners can workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings.
