This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the Fast Track Court No.II, (Special Court for Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, Thirunelveli, to accept the surrender of the petitioners and consider their bail application on the same date of their surrender in Crime No.595 of 2020 dated 29.08.2020 on the file of the 2nd respondent police.

2.Today, when the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that after filing the present criminal original petition, the second respondent police herein has arrested the petitioners herein.
