DECREE: Civil Revision Petition coming on for hearing on this day upon perusing the Grounds of Petition, the order and Decree of the Rent Control Appellate Authority and of the Rent Controller and the material papers in the Appeal, and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.P.THIYAGARAJAN, Advocate for the Appellant and of Mr.A.P.ATHITHAN, Advocate for Respondent, this Court doth order and decree as follows:

1.That the order and Decree of the Rent Control Appellate Authority, Theni dated 05.11.2015 made in R.C.A.No.1 of 2015, and the decree of the Rent Control Authority, Theni dated 12.06.2014 made in R.C.O.P.No.6 of 2013, be and hereby are confirmed, and the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed;

2.That the Revision Petitioner/Tenant be and hereby is directed to vacate the premises on or before 05.11.2018, failing which, the respondent/Landlord is at liberty to proceed against the Revision Petitioner/Tenant in the manner known to law; and 3.That there be no costs in this Civil Revision Petition.
