ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Section 174 of Cr.P.C. in Crime No.312 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.This is a second anticipatory bail petition. The earlier anticipatory bail Petition filed by the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD) No.8414 of 2021 was dismissed on 28.06.2021.
