ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for hearing on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed and the requisition letter submitted by the Subordinate Judge, Thirugmangalam vide letter in D.No.297 dated 24.03.2021 and this Court made the following order:

Today, the matter is listed under the caption 'for extension of time'.

2.It is seen that this Court vide order dated 08.09.2020 had directed the learned Subordinate Judge, Thirumangalam, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.148 of 2017 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

CRP(MD). No.649 of 2020 3.The learned Subordinate Judge, Thirumangalam, has sent a letter to the Registry in D.No.297, dated 24.03.2021 seeking extension of time for a period of two months. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances and also the reason assigned, this Court is inclined to grant further time. Accordingly, the learned Subordinate Judge, Thirumangalam, is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.148 of 2017 within a period of two months from today.
