ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner is a retired government employee. He is a member of the new health insurance him. Since he was affected by Covid-19, he had incurred a sum of Rs.87,358/- as medical expenditure. He sought reimbursement. Since it was not honoured, the present writ petition came to be filed.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned standing counsel for the insurance company submitted that the petitioner's application had been processed and it had been decided to disburse a sum of Rs.67, 455/-. Immediately after receipt of funds from the Government, this amount will be disbursed.

4.Recording the stand of the fourth respondent, this writ petition is allowed. No costs.
