PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.12 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police.
ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 19.04.2022 for the offences punishable under Sections 7 and 8 of POCSO Act, in Crime No.12 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner had misbehaved with the de-facto complainant's daughter. Therefore, the present case came to be registered against the petitioner. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that due to money dispute, the de-facto complainant lodged a false complaint against this petitioner. He would further submit that the petitioner is innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.
4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would submit that the petitioner is detained under the Tamil Nadu Act-14 of 1982 and that the investigation is in early stage.

CRL OP(MD). No.9972 of 2022 5.Considering the seriousness and gravity of the offence alleged and also the facts that the investigation is in early stage and that the petitioner is detained under the Tamil Nadu Act-14 of 1982, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this point of time.
