ORDER

The present petition has been filed seeking for police protection, based on the representation made by the petitioner on 11.07.2018.

learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that one Rajivkanna against whom the complaint has been given is very influential person and he is continuously involved in threatening the petitioner and her family members.

4.Per contra, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, the F.I.R. has been registered in Crime No.44 of 2018 against the said Rajivkanna and two others for the offence under Sections 470 and 506 (i) of I.P.C and the investigation is pending before the fifth respondent.

5.The fifth respondent has acted upon the complaint given by the petitioner and investigation is pending. In the course of the investigation, if the petitioner continuous to receive threats, it is open to the petitioner to inform the fifth respondent and the fifth respondent shall act upon the same in accordance with law. 6.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above directions.
