*********** Seeking a direction to the learned Subordinate Judge, Periyakulam, Theni District to dispose of O.S.No.16 of 2015, the petitioners have come forward with the present Civil Revision Petition.

2. Heard Mr.B.Jameel Arasu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and perused the averments made in the grounds of the Civil Revision Petition. No Notice is issued to the respondents, since the Order, which I am going to pass in this Civil Revision Petition, would not be prejudicial to them.

3. The grievance of the petitioners is that O.S.No.16 of 2015 was filed in the year 2015 and the same is being periodically adjourned without assigning any valid reason. Therefore, seeking early disposal of the suit, the petitioners are now before this Court with the present Civil Revision Petition.

4. Even though the suit in O.S.No.16 of 2015 is of the year, taking into consideration the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the learned Subordinate Judge, Periyakulam, Theni District, is hereby directed to dispose of O.S.No.16 of 2015, as expeditiously as possible, after following the related procedural laws and after affording due opportunity to both parties.

5. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of on the above terms. No costs.
