Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner seeks issuance of patta in his name in respect of the petition mentioned survey number on the basis of the communication letter in O.Mu.No.J4/28717/2014 dated 11.07.2014 3.The third respondent is directed to consider the same, conduct enquiry, issue notice to all the interested persons thereafter and pass order on merits and in accordance with law. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.

4. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
