This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction directing the respondents 3 and 4 not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 would submit that based on the complaint https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8873 of 2021 lodged by the defacto complainant, FIR has been registered against the petitioners in Crime No.371 of 2021 for the offences under Sections 294(b) and 506(i) I.P.C, dated 06.07.2021 and hence, the prayer of not to harass does not arise.

3. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is devoid of merits and the same is dismissed.
