When the matter was taken up for hearing today, Mr.K.Sanjai Gandhi, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions from the respondent police, submits that an enquiry was conducted and no case and no FIR has been registered against the petitioners. In view of the same, the petitioners have no reasonable apprehension of arrest at the hands of the respondent-police. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
