O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by B.PUGALENDHI, J.] This habeas corpus petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to produce the detenue namely, Lilly Pushpam, wife of Selvaraj, aged about 40 years before this Court and set her at liberty.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the second respondent Police has produced the detenue. The detenue, who is working as a Human Resource Manager in a Non-Governmental Organization at Delhi, appeared before this Court through video conferencing and submitted that she does not want to live with the Petitioner/ her husband, any more.

H.C.P.(MD) No.952 of 2021 4.In view of the above statement made by the detenue, this Court is of the opinion that nothing survives for adjudication in this Habeas Corpus Petition and accordingly, the same stands closed.
