This writ petition is filed for a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.04.2015 for change of tariff and also for effecting separate service connection for the houses situated in S.F.No.243/2 of Viralimalai, Illupur Taluk, Pudukkottai District. 2.When this writ petition was taken up, the learned counsel for the first respondent submitted that the prayer of the petitioner seeking change of tariff as well as effecting separate service connection for the houses situated in S.F.No.243/2 of Viralimalai, Illupur Taluk, Pudukkottai District, has already been considered. The said statement made by the learned counsel for the first respondent has not been refuted by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
