O R D E R

The Revision petitioner herein questions the order made in I.A.No.6 of 2015 in H.M.O.P.No.141 of 2013, dated 29.06.2015, on the file of the Sub Court, Sanakarankovil, whereby the Revision petitioner herein has been directed to pay the respondent a sum of Rs.1,500/- per month towards interim maintenance.

2. The learned counsel for the Revision petitioner submits that he questions the very status of wife claimed by the respondent herein. He also drew the attention of this Court to the findings in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2672 of 2010, dated 13.07.2010 which ended in his favour.

3. This Court does not wish to go into the merits of the matter.

4. The learned counsel for the Revision petitioner submits that the Revision petitioner would pay a sum of Rs.1,500/- per month to the respondent as ex-gratia, till the disposal of H.M.O.P.No.141 of 2013. He agreeing to pay the said amount, will not in any way bolster the case of the respondent and weaken the stand of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Revision petitioner herein.

5. Recording the said undertaking of the Revision petitioner, the order passed by the learned Subordinate Judge, Sankarankovil, in I.A.No.6 of 2015 in H.M.O.P.No.141 of 2013, dated 29.06.2015, stands set aside. The Civil Revision petition stands allowed, accordingly. No costs.
