ORDER

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the second respondent herein to complete the investigation and file a final report before the concerned Court within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. The petitioner is the defacto complainant in Cr.No.232 of 2021, which was registered for the offence under Sections 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(i) IPC. The date of occurrence is stated to be 29.04.2021. The case has been registered on 01.05.2021.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the second respondent is waiting for the wound certificate to be issued by the concerned Doctor. Therefore, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor seeks two months' time to complete the investigation and file a final report before the concerned court.

4. Considering the request made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
