(Order of the Court was made by R.VIJAYAKUMAR, J.) The present Writ Petition has been filed challenging a sale notice dated 26.04.2022 proposing to hold the sale on 03rd June, 2022.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner now submits that yesterday ie., on 31.05.2022, the petitioner has paid a sum of Rs.8,00,000/- (Rupees Eight Lakhs Only) and the Bank has regularized his account.

3.The learned counsel for the respondent Bank also submits that the petitioner's account has been regularized and they will not conduct the sale and the sale proposed to be held on 03.06.2022 has been cancelled.

W.P(MD)No.10784 of 2022 4.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent Bank, the present Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
